The optoNCDT ILR2250-100 T can make measurements out to hundreds of feet.

optoNCDT ILR2250-100 This laser distance sensor from Micro-Epsilon can be used in a wide variety of applications where measurements need to be taken at a longer range, whether it’s measuring the position of a gantry crane, or the level of resin pellets in a silo. Its compact, die-cast aluminum housing is IP65 certified for protection against water and dust.

What’s new? An IO-Link interface. Integrating this communication standard simplifies data transmission.

Benefits Precise measurements in an industrial environment. The sensor can measure dark or partly reflecting objects, at distances of up to 328 feet or, with a reflector, up to 492 feet, with a resolution of 0.1mm and repeatability greater than 300 microns.
