SYSPRO USA names new chief customer officer
SYSPRO USA has appointed Brian Goodman to be its new chief customer officer.
Goodman will lead the SYSPRO team responsible for meeting customer needs, including product support, professional services, education and training. He comes to the role with more than two decades of experience in the software, manufacturing and services industries. Prior to joining SYSPRO, he was CEO of a manufacturer of complex components and assemblies for the aerospace, industrial, defense, and energy industries.
Scott Hebert, chief sales officer and interim CEO, welcomed Goodman, saying, “Brian’s deep experience and his passion for customer success made him the obvious choice.”
Based in Costa Mesa, Calif., SYSPRO produces its self-named enterprise resource planning software for key industries in manufacturing and distribution.
