RJG adds new application to The Hub software

May 26, 2021
Its Simulation Support can generate a universal process sheet, which can be used to create a unique setup sheet tailored to every appropriate machine listed in a facility’s database.

The Hub RJG’s CoPilot process-monitoring and control software can be connected to the company’s injection molding networking software, The Hub, to help managers make data-driven decisions. This networking software offers access to applications including Mold Transfer, which lets users automatically generate setup sheets that will recommend compatible machines for a particular mold. The Process Analytics app lets users remotely generate and view job audit reports to increase process efficiency and decrease scrap. Access to The Hub is based on a subscription model, with different packages available.

What’s new? Simulation Support. With this new application, users can import simulation files from Moldex3D or Moldflow software and generate a universal process sheet, which can be used to create a setup sheet tailored to any capable machine.

Benefits Time and money savings. Simulation Support’s universal process sheet can be used to create a unique setup sheet tailored to every appropriate machine listed in a facility’s database. This allows users to transfer the process between machines as needed, shortening required testing time and avoiding rework.
