Vertical conveyor oven Thermal Product Solutions (TPS) engineers custom industrial conveyor ovens under its Gruenberg brand. Its vertical conveyor ovens can be tailored to meet a wide variety of applications within the plastics industry, such as aging, curing and preheating materials and components; they also are available in explosion-proof and clean-room versions.
What’s new? A model created specifically for a customer curing plastic parts. The oven is designed to operate at 270 degrees Fahrenheit and can handle a maximum temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a stainless-steel chamber with an interior that measures 4.3 feet wide by 5 feet deep by 7.7 feet tall. The oven’s exterior is made of stainless steel and cold-rolled steel, and its 7.5-horsepower direct-drive motor powers a high-volume horizontal airflow system. The interior transport system has a vertical accumulator and two independent vertical conveyors with supports designed to hold the 66 aluminum perforated trays TPS also supplied.
