Conveyor ovens Vastex makes a range of electric infrared conveyor ovens that can be used by plastic parts makers for applications that include curing, drying or preheating of parts, laminates and coatings. The ovens come with a Teflon-coated fiberglass belt as standard, with optional Kevlar and stainless steel mesh belts available for high-heat and/or sanitary applications.
What’s new? Vastex’s EconoRed Series VI conveyor ovens, which boast six infrared heaters in a single chamber. The series has three models, with 30-, 54- or 78-inch conveyor belt widths.
Benefits Speed of curing and flexibility. Digital belt-speed controls are infinitely adjustable so that dwell times can perfectly suit process requirements. Users can double or triple the capacity of any Vastex conveyor oven by adding up to two modular heating chambers and conveyor belt extensions. Heaters come with a 15-year warranty.
