Maintenance professionals can use the TiS75+ Fluke’s new thermal camera for analyzing the health of a wide range of industrial and factory equipment.

TiS75+ Maintenance professionals can use Fluke’s new thermal camera for analyzing the health of a wide range of industrial and factory equipment. It can measure temperatures from minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit to 1,022 degrees Fahrenheit and its 3.5-inch touchscreen offers 384 by 288 resolution. Other features include data streaming, dew-point calculation and IS3 and AVI video recording. The thermal camera comes with an AC power supply, two rugged lithium-ion batteries, a battery charger, USB cable, 4 gigabyte micro SD card, hard carrying case and a soft transport bag.

What’s new? The TiS75+, and various features that make it easier to organize images and streamline inspection routines. The camera can scan QR codes on equipment assets, allowing users to compare images for each asset over time and create a timeline of inspections. Needed information can be embedded in the saved images, including voice annotation.

Benefits Proactive maintenance and time savings. Instead of waiting for equipment damage or failure, companies can detect temperature variations that indicate potential problems early. Additionally, organizing images is faster — on average, users spend 25 percent less time organizing their thermal images, giving them more time to analyze images for trends, diagnose issues and fix problems before equipment fails.
