C3-X Flir’s latest thermal camera also includes a visual inspection camera and an LED flashlight, and is designed for troubleshooting equipment and processes. For example, for injection molding equipment, it can locate temperature discrepancies in barrel heaters, cooling lines and mold heaters. The C3-X also is suited for general building and factory maintenance, troubleshooting HVAC problems and inspecting for electrical issues and air and water leaks. The handheld device can detect temperatures ranging from minus 4 degrees to 572 degrees Fahrenheit. Its 3.5-inch touchscreen can be operated while wearing gloves. Built-in cloud connectivity allows the camera to directly transfer, store and back up data.
