Rich Tavis has been named VP of sales for the Southeastern U.S. for BinMaster. Tavis will support BinMaster’s distributor network in the Southeast, providing product training and customer sales call support.
Tavis graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, in the late 1990s and started his career in industrial equipment at BinMaster’s corporate office, where he served as an application specialist and product manager for five years. He went on to work for a large multinational corporation in its bulk handling equipment group. For the past 11 years, Tavis has been instrumental in providing processing solutions for a firm representing twenty lines of bulk material handling and industrial instrumentation in South Carolina.
BinMaster is based in Lincoln, Neb., and manufactures level indicators for bins, tanks, silos and hoppers.
