Heavy-duty Line Vac conveys abrasive materials

Line Vac Exair’s threaded Line Vac units use compressed air to turn ordinary pipe into a powerful in-line conveyor. They direct compressed air through nozzles to produce a vacuum. Users can easily control the conveying rate via a pressure regulator on the compressed air supply.  

What’s new? A heavy-duty version in national pipe thread taper (NPT) size 2½. Designed for rugged industrial applications, it is constructed of a hardened alloy.  

Benefits The ability to transport abrasive or heavy materials. Available with large throat diameters, the units can convey more material over longer distances, typically at twice the conveying rate of ordinary air-powered conveyors.
