Beckwood Press Co., which manufactures a range of custom hydraulic and servo-electric presses, automation systems, and forming equipment, announced it has hired Yolanda “Cotton” Smith to be the company’s quality engineer. Smith comes to the St. Louis-based company with more than 23 years of experience in a quality role, as well as a significant knowledge of ISO and Six Sigma practices. She has held a variety of roles including senior quality engineer, quality manager and ISO coordinator.
