Davis-Standard appoints Ament executive VP

Davis-Standard, the Pawcatuck, Conn.-based extrusion machinery maker, has named Zachary Ament its new executive VP. Ament replaces Ernie Plasse, who is retiring after a 46-year career with the company. Ament began his career with Davis-Standard seven years ago, most recently serving as VP of business development.
