RDC-3030-SS DeClumper Munson’s new lump breaker deagglomerates free- and non-free-flowing bulk materials and is suited for breaking up polymer powders and pigments used in plastics processing. Its four rotors have three-point, single-piece breaking heads that rotate in twin curved bed screens.

What’s new? Numerous features. A new design allows the lump breaker’s bed screens to be removed without tools for cleaning, changing or inspection. This unit’s size and sanitary finish, which simplifies washdown, are also new.

Benefits Durability and flexibility. The company says maintenance on the heavy-duty lump breaker is simple. At only 11 inches high, the unit fits in restricted spaces between bulk-storage, handling, processing and packaging equipment. Optional feed hoppers and support bases also allow it to be used offline.
