Transport can lift and move drums and barrels, reduces operator fatigue

Liftomatic continues to expand its line of equipment designed to lift and move drums and barrels with the Ergo-Matic. The transport incorporates the company's patented Parrot-Beak clamping mechanism that allows it to safely and securely grip the lips of drums.

Ergo-Matic Liftomatic continues to expand its line of equipment designed to lift and move drums and barrels. All its transports incorporate the company's patented Parrot-Beak clamping mechanism, which allows them to safely and securely grip the lips of drums.

What's new? A line of self-contained, powered drum-handling transports known as the Ergo-PWPL-750, with varying weight capacities from 650 pounds to 1,000 pounds. Unlike Liftomatic's other drum-handling transports, which are designed to be pushed, the new line is fully powered for both forward and reverse movement, as well as lifting and lowering drums.

Benefits Ease of operation. Because they're fully powered, the transports reduce the possibility of operator fatigue, making it possible for any operator to move drums weighing up to 1,000 pounds.
