Hand truck This motorized hand truck from Magline easily moves loads weighing up to 1,000 pounds both indoors and out at speeds of up to 4.3 miles per hour. It has optional attachments that can allow it to tow a trailer or transport stackable items and compressed gas cylinders. The dolly's patented quick-attach feature allows the user to change out attachments in seconds without the use of tools. Its ergonomic thumb throttle moves from forward to reverse without changing gears. The batteries provide two hours of continuous use or eight-plus hours of intermittent use; they charge in three to six hours.

What's new? The hand truck. Part of a new product line from Magline, it is among the first motorized industrial products in the company's portfolio.

Benefits Safe, easy transport of heavy loads. The dolly's easy-to-use propulsion system features regenerative braking, which slows down the load when the operator cuts back on the variable-speed throttle, even on inclined surfaces. When the operator releases the throttle, the parking brake automatically engages. The hand truck has a feature to prevent it from rolling away when the parking brake has been manually released.
