IML Machines now are available in N. America
Coffee capsule IML machine In partnership with Netstal Machinery Ltd., Näfels, Switzerland, Beck Automation AG, Oberengstringen, Switzerland, has developed in-mold-labeling (IML) equipment for injection molding machines that produce thin-walled, single-serve coffee pods. The target cycle time is between 6 seconds and 7 seconds. The equipment is customized to order.
What's new? The IML machines for polylactic acid coffee capsules. First shown at Fakuma, the machines now are available in North America through SMT Americas and will be in the Beck Automation booth.
