Engel e-speed injection molding machines are designed for high-performance packaging applications such as thin-walled containers.

e-speed Engel has upgraded its line of e-speed injection molding machines, which are designed for high-performance packaging applications such as thin-walled containers. In the U.S. market, the machine is offered in 550-ton and 720-ton models. Shown is the smaller model, known in Europe as the e-speed 500. The larger machine has an opening stroke of 3 feet 3 inches, making it well-suited for use with large stack molds.

What's new? As of K 2016, Engel's energy-saving ecodrive servo hydraulics are standard for the e-speed line. Engel also has further optimized the hydraulic systems and has made the nozzles more accessible.

Benefits Energy savings and faster, more precise injection. Also, the new nozzle layout makes maintenance faster and easier.
