    Engel wins JEC Innovation Award

    Engel Austria, Schwertberg, and its partner Fill GmbH, won a 2020 JEC Composites Innovation Award in the process category for a production line that turns out customized composite blanks. The production cell creates fit-for-purpose blanks made of glass- and carbon-reinforced tapes with a thermoplastic matrix at a rate of one per minute.
