Brabender TwinLab B-TSE-S 30/40 Anton Paar’s pilot-scale co-rotating twin-screw extruder enables manufacturers and R&D teams to validate formulations, optimize processing conditions and generate production-relevant data under realistic operating conditions. It offers a throughput of up to 220 pounds per hour, operates at speeds of up to 1,200 rpm and process conditions of up to 842 degrees Fahrenheit for precise control and consistent performance. A clamshell barrel design allows fast cleaning, inspection and screw configuration changes without full system teardown. Detachable liner inserts enable quick adaptation of wear-resistant or corrosion-resistant materials. The integrated engineering interface makes it easy to integrate and adapt sensors, feeders and downstream equipment without hardware rebuilds, and Anton Paar’s MetaBridge software provides full process visibility and control, recording and visualizing key data and parameters.
What’s new? The extruder.
Benefits Efficient development, consistent compounding and reliable transfer from laboratory-scale trials to pilot and production-scale operations.
