ReelPower Industrial has made improvements to its ACT-26 coiling and spooling system.

Automatic Cut and Transfer System 26 (ACT-26) This system from ReelPower Industrial can coil and spool materials at up to 1,000 feet per minute. It is highly customizable, offers a number of upgrades, and can accommodate various coil sizes and configurations.
What’s new? Improvements, including an optional automatic lift mount for the stretch wrap dispenser; a two-piece track system for banding; a magnetic door latch; and availability of an automation system supplied by Yaskawa.
Benefits Safety and improved uptime, along with the ability to track metrics. Sensors, data monitoring and analysis track production metrics, and optimize process efficiency over time. With no belts, gears or pulleys, maintenance is minimal, and guarding helps keep operators safe. At NPE, ReelPower will show the ACT-26 with a six-axis Yaskawa HC20DTP collaborative robot performing automated spool removal.
