Nicolas Beyl has succeeded Michael Baumeister as managing director/chief technical officer of Brückner Maschinenbau as of Jan. 1. Baumeister, who had held the position since 2006, retired at the end of 2023.
Beyl brings experience from technical and commercial management roles in global mechanical engineering companies. From 2012 to 2020, he was managing director of KraussMaffei Technologies GmbH, leading the reaction process machinery segment with its more than 500 employees, eight international production sites and various global sales locations. He was then sole managing director of Single Group GmbH, a manufacturer of temperature control units and systems.
"The markets in which we operate, both in the packaging sector and in technical applications, are exciting and hold great potential. I will play my part in ensuring that Brückner Maschinenbau continues to expand its market leadership with the most innovative solutions," Beyl said.
