Gocator 2530 This laser line profile sensor from LMI Technologies uses a blue laser to perform a wide range of 2-D and 3-D inspection tasks, such as checking complex geometries of extruded, injection molded or additively manufactured parts. It has a compact design and offers high scan rates.

What’s new? The 2530, which has a wider field of view than other scanners in the 2500 series.

Benefits High-speed, inline scanning. It has built-in measurement tools and is easily integrated into an existing machinery setup. The blue laser offers a thinner line than red lasers, which allows for more precise measurements, and it can also capture cleaner data and images from shiny or low-contrast surfaces.
