Dollins Tool, Independence, Mo., has agreed to be purchased by Mold & Robotics Group, Conthey, Switzerland. Dollins is a maker of multicavity molds for high-speed injection molding of packaging. It joins other plastics industry companies in the Mold & Robotics Group stable, including automation supplier CBW Automation, Fort Collins, Colo., and tool manufacturer H. Müller-Fabrique de Moules SA, also of Conthey.
Dollins Tool "is an ideal complement to Müller and CBW and will help us going forward to be closer to our customers to better serve them.
