Labeling equipment maker AFM consolidates operations

American Film and Machinery (AFM), a maker of shrink-sleeve labeling equipment, has consolidated its operations at its Brooklyn Park, Minn., headquarters, and closed its Corona, Calif., factory. The consolidation will improve efficiency as the company grows, it said. The headquarters now includes sales, customer service, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing and a training facility.
