Wilmington, Mass.-based Trexel has hired Leo Devellian to be its business development manager. Devellian, who formerly worked as a key account manager with MoldMasters and as a technical sales representative for Synventive Molding Solutions, will be based in Trexel's headquarters in Wilmington and report to President and CEO Brian Bechard.In his new role, Devellian will focus on expanding Trexel's MuCell technology — a microcellular foam injection molding process for thermoplastics materials — beyond the North American automotive industry. He will also manage the global operations for the company's TecoCell chemical foaming products, used in injection molding and automotive blow molding.
