Meusburger buys German hot-runner company PSG

Meusburger Georg GmbH & Co. KG, a Wolfurt, Austria, producer of standard parts for making dies and molds, has purchased PSG Plastic Service GmbH, a Mannheim, Germany, manufacturer of hot-runner and temperature-control systems. Terms were not disclosed.

Meusburger will continue to operate the company under the PSG name, and all of the company's 200 employees will be retained. Meusburger had sales of about $237 million in 2015; PSG's sales were about $30 million.
