Routsis Training, Dracut, Mass., has launched five online training courses covering the 5S principles of Sorting, Straightening, Sweeping, Standardizing and Sustaining.
The 5S system is designed to help a facility reduce clutter and waste to increase efficiency and productivity. It is a component of lean manufacturing.
The courses contain online training videos and worksheets. The five courses plus accompanying material cost $197.
