Extrusion parts manufacturer teams with Rochester Institute of Technology

Pearl Technologies Inc., Savannah, N.Y., a manufacturer of parts for converting and extrusion capital equipment, continues to partner with the Rochester Institute of Technology, donating a spreader bar to the Rochester, N.Y., university's blown film extrusion lab line. In addition, Pearl gave a presentation at a program to encourage women to pursue science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) careers, and it donated $500 for a student scholarship.

Pearl has supported the university's College of Applied Science and Technology, as well as its American Packaging Corporation Center for Packaging Innovation.
