Gerold Schley is CEO, effective Jan. 1, of Battenfeld-Cincinnati Group. Schley's appointment follows Jürgen Arnold's resignation. Battenfeld-Cincinnati's CFO Michael von Cappeln had served as interim president and CEO. Most recently Schley had served as VP of China operations and managing director of Ferromatik Milacron Maschinenbau GmbH for Milacron LLC, Batavia, Ohio.
