Krones consolidates its North American operations

Krones Inc. has launched Krones Process Group North America, a change designed to make the company’s beverage, dairy and food industry offerings more cohesive. Based in Franklin, Wis., Krones Inc. manufactures packaging machinery, blow molding machines and bottling line systems.

The company made the move to consolidate operations after a string of acquisitions over the past four years that include Tampa, Fla.-based Trans-Market LLC, Rochester, N.Y.-based Javlyn Process Systems LLC and W.M. Sprinkman Corp. of Waukesha, Wis. As part of the realignment, W.M. Sprinkman’s production capabilities will move to different facilities, and the Waukesha facility will close.
