    PMG adds Italian blow molders

    Plastics Machinery Group International Ltd. (PMG), Bedford Heights, Ohio, has entered into a partnership with an Italian machinery maker.

    PMG is now the North American commercial partner for sales, technical service and support for blow molding machines from Meccanoplastica Group.

    Introduced in October at Fakuma, Boy's latest injection molding machines (IMMs), the Electric series, join other hybids already in the market. The compact, two-platen servo-hydraulic machines are available with clamping forces from 35 tons to 800 tons.
