Manifold blocks The Z920 manifold blocks from Hasco are used to route cooling water lines between the injection molding machine and the molds. Heat resistant up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit, they have a maximum operating pressure of 15 bar or 217 psi. Water-supply hoses connect to the manifold blocks via fixed-screw connections or combinations of nipples and couplings. They can be mounted directly on the injection molding machine and come in anodized blue and red to clearly indicate supply and return lines.
