K&G Machinery Works' new KG TEC 150 Version II bottle leak tester avoids testing variables that affect traditional testers caused by minor fluctuations in plant air pressure.

KG TEC 150 Version II K&G Machinery Works' new bottle leak tester avoids testing variables that affect traditional testers caused by minor fluctuations in plant air pressure. It can be run inline or offline with only a 120-volt or 220-volt single-phase connection. The tester has Internet connection for service and updates.

What's new? No connection to a factory compressed air system is required.

Benefits Minimum operator input required for setup. The unit can monitor its performance, alarm the operator to any issue and self-calibrate to correct. A single head unit can detect 0.006-inch holes in bottles.
