KG TEC 150 Version II K&G Machinery Works' new bottle leak tester avoids testing variables that affect traditional testers caused by minor fluctuations in plant air pressure. It can be run inline or offline with only a 120-volt or 220-volt single-phase connection. The tester has Internet connection for service and updates.

What's new? No connection to a factory compressed air system is required.

Benefits Minimum operator input required for setup. The unit can monitor its performance, alarm the operator to any issue and self-calibrate to correct. A single head unit can detect 0.006-inch holes in bottles.
