SpotWatcher S Intravis' new inspection system takes aim at small containers, particularly pharmaceutical bottles, using six cameras to inspect for material defects such as contamination and flash. It also performs inspections of the sealing surface, thread and wall thickness.

What's new? A new version of Intravis software, which includes multi-tier security identification for users, full user traceability and an audit trail for relevant settings.

Benefits Suitability for use in a pharmaceutical part-manufacturing setting. The new Intravis software is specifically designed for the market, with features that provide for traceabilty to meet Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, including FDA 21, Code of Federal Regulations Part 11. Also, the system has a small footprint, slightly more than 13 square feet.
