Kautex extrusion blow molding unit now available in US

Kautex has launched the latest model of its third generation of KCC extrusion blow molding machines.

KCC10 MK3 Kautex has launched the latest model of its third generation of KCC extrusion blow molding machines. It comes in two versions: the single-station KCC10S MK3 with 6.7 tons of clamping force, and the double-station KCC10D MK3 with 13.5 tons of clamping force. The general-purpose, hydraulic machine features in-machine deflashing and is available with shuttle strokes of 380mm or 480mm.

What's new? The machine, which recently became available in the U.S. after making its debut producing cosmetic bottles at Chinaplas in May.

Benefits Cost savings. The third-generation machines use standardized modules for a reduced price and faster delivery times. Also, they feature improved accessibility for quicker mold changes and easier servicing.
