P1 cooling mixer Designed for foaming applications, Promix's static mixer works inside the extruder, where it is typically installed just before the die. The mixer stirs the polymer so it maintains a constant temperature as it reaches the die. In the picture below, the P1 cooling mixer is depicted to the right of the company's Q1 annular die, which will make its debut at the K show.
