Pro6 Makino has updated the controller for select models of its machining centers with the introduction of the Professional 6, or Pro6. Featuring a touch-screen layout, the customizable Pro6 has a user interface that mimics internet web browsers.
What's new? A simplified HMI, compared to the Pro5, new QWERTY keyboard and larger, 15-inch display, as well as more safety features. New functions include Geometric Intelligence, which provides two-dimensional corner control, and simultaneous program editing.
