New parting line locks vary in size and style

Parting line locks PCS' parting line locks provide plate sequence control to mechanically draw floating plates and inserts. Various sizes and styles are available to accommodate most mold base sizes and molding applications. Because they impose little load when locking, they can be used for low-pressure molding.

What's new? The parting line locks, introduced by PCS in August. 

Benefits Mold protection. Because they are externally mounted, the locks leave more room available in the mold. Plates are secured in place during mold opening and closing to prevent damage to the mold.
