CNC Swiss-precision machined components Tri-Star now has CNC (computer numerical control) machining capabilities. This gives it the ability to custom make highly specialized components that can be used in a number of industries, including as threaded inserts for plastics molds.

What's new?  For the first time, Tri-Star is offering Swiss-precision components with ultra-tight tolerances.

Benefits  Accuracy, repeatability, low tool costs, quick setup and short lead times. Designed for use by rotational and injection molders, the CNC components have tolerances of between 0.0003 inches and 0.0005 inches, making them ideal for use when extreme precision is required.
