SINGLE NOZZLE VALVE GATE This compact pneumatic valve gate from Polyshot Hot Runner Systems is for direct gating of resins, including high temperature materials like PEEK and Ultem. It comes in shot sizes from 10 to 500 grams (0.35 ounce to 17.6 ounces).

WHAT'S NEW? A compact design using fewer components. The entire assembly, including the pneumatic actuating cylinder, fits in and replaces a standard 4-inch-diameter mold locating ring. The nozzle can process filled and unfilled resins up to 750 degrees Fahrenheit. No external cooling is required.

BENEFITS Consistent valve gate sealing. Plus, it has no cams, levers or external actuators, resulting in reduced mold machining and simpler installation.
