Alba offers multi-tip nozzles for small tubular parts

DN5/3 SERIES  These Thermoplay SpA multi-tip hot-runner nozzles are for axial molding of small tubular parts, such as writing instruments, using high-flow polymers like ABS, PE, PP and PS.

WHAT'S NEW?  A U.S. debut at NPE by Alba Enterprises, Thermoplay's North American rep. The DN5/3 nozzles are well-suited for multi-cavity molding of small precision parts with limited distance between axes, or small mold systems with extremely restricted areas. Symmetrically arranged tips can be as close as 3.2mm apart.

BENEFITS  Balanced filling prevents flow lines and reduces risks of core pin bending caused by high injection pressures.
