DN5/3 Series These Thermoplay SpA multi-tip hot-runner nozzles are for axial molding of small tubular parts, such as writing instruments, using high-flow polymers like ABS, PE, PP and PS.
What's new? A U.S. debut at NPE 2015 by Alba Enterprises, Thermoplay's North American rep. The DN5/3 nozzles are well-suited for multi-cavity molding of small precision parts with limited distance between axes, or small mold systems with extremely restricted areas. Symmetrically arranged tips can be as close as 3.2mm apart.
