Single nozzle valve gate This compact pneumatic valve gate from Polyshot Hot Runner Systems is designed for direct gating of filled and unfilled engineering and commodity resins in shot sizes from 10-500 grams (0.35 ounce to 17.6 ounces).
What's new? A compact design using fewer components. The entire assembly, including the pneumatic actuating cylinder, is contained within the mold locating ring. The nozzle requires no cams or levers for reduced plate machining by the user. All components move in an in-line action that reduces wear. It operates by an air-powered piston system. The nozzle has a pin force of 400 pounds.
Benefits The nozzle handles materials with high processing temperatures and can be used in clean room applications.
