TPM3D's new additive manufacturing package includes the CF200 SLS printer and the PPS200 powder-supply system.

CF200 and PPS200 TPM3D’s additive manufacturing package, including a selective-laser-sintering (SLS) printer and accompanying powder-supply system, respectively, is appropriate for short-run production, and use in R&D labs and offices. The CF200 printer allows for rapid iteration and efficient small-batch runs within its compact frame, while the PPS200 can support automated depowdering, sieving, mixing and feeding for multiple printers; maximum number of printers is influenced by the management of print jobs. Applicable powders include polyamide (PA) 11 and PA 12, carbon fiber and TPU.  

What’s new? The 3D printer, which TPM3D plans to introduce to the U.S. in April.

As an example of its efficiency, the system is capable of producing 340 coil windings, or 12 sets of electric tool handle housings, or 42 pairs of eyeglass frames in a single job.
