NXE 200 With its latest industrial 3D printer, Nexa3D is targeting designers, engineers and manufacturers who need a fast, scalable solution for prototyping and manufacturing. The NXE 200 employs lubricant sublayer photo-curing (LSPc) technology and has a build area measuring 10.8 inches by 6.1 inches by 7.9 inches. Compatible with a wide range of materials, its LCD light engine eliminates light diffusion near the part’s edges, for improved accuracy and surface finishes.

What’s new? Speed. The NXE 200, launched in April, prints six and a half times faster than competing technologies, the company said.

Benefits Productivity, affordability and high-quality parts. The printer utilizes the company’s user-friendly NexaX 2.0 software for build optimization, process stability and print consistency. Its use of industrial hardware and modular components make the NXE 200 easy to service and affordable to upgrade. It features the company’s Everlast 2 membrane — a key component for LSPc technology. The membrane’s long lifespan results in more uptime and lower costs for consumables. Additionally, the printer provides optimal curing of each layer for better mechanical properties.
