eColor Type 1/350/1 Designed for the treatment of TPU, polyamide and nylon parts, this industrial dyeing machine addresses the needs of 3-D printer users, who typically manufacture such parts from white resins. It runs at temperatures of up to 284 degrees Fahrenheit and uses a frequency inverter pump to control the flow of powdered color. All machine parts that come into contact with powder are made from stainless steel.

What’s new? The machine, which is now available for order.

Benefits Reproducible and consistent dyeing results. The machine allows 3-D printer users to produce parts with homogenous color. Other dyeing methods can harm nylon’s properties, or produce unpredictable, non-uniform color. With the eColor Type 1/350/1, users know exactly the duration and temperature of each dyeing cycle. Also, after each cycle, only a small amount of dye, diluted by water, is left over, and it can be washed into the sewer at no cost, and without the need for expensive cleanup.
