WM thermoformer built for high productivity

The FXL1000 offers a large forming area and smart technologies.

FXL1000 WM’s new thermoformer offers the largest forming area in its class at 41.7 inches by 37 inches, and a 6.3-inch forming depth for both upper and lower molds. Depending on the stacker-conveyor configuration, it can perform up to 33 cycles per minute using a three-axis AB stacking robot. Clamping force is 67 tons, and cutting force is 118 tons. A front-lateral mold loading system ensures seamless mold integration and maximum operational efficiency. Smart technologies include WMind, a cloud-based suite that enables real-time machine data monitoring, smart analytics, predictive maintenance and configurable software agents; and Form.AI, an intelligent 24/7 virtual assistant providing rapid, multilingual troubleshooting guidance. WM Explora delivers an interactive 3D experience with exploded views, spare parts identification and direct access to manuals and technical documentation.
