Rotamat R 60 Walther Trowal's newest coater is designed for coating mass-produced parts made of thermoplastics, elastomers and metals with adhesion primer or paint. It incorporates a four-stage exhaust air-filtering system with a paper labyrinth filter, a filter mat and two bag filters.

What's new? The coater's drum size. One of the smallest of Walther Trowal's offerings, the coater is appropriate for handling both small batches of items, as well as large items that might be damaged in larger drums. The company debuted it last month at PaintExpo2018 in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Benefits The ability to effectively process small part batches. At a lower price point than other, larger machines, the coater gives manufacturers more options.
