Pad printer gains color touch screen

SealCup Express Trans Tech's new pad printer features simplified ink and pad changes, and a color touch-screen HMI. It is easily integrated with automation systems. At NPE2018, it will be displayed in the booth of ITW, the  Lancaster, N.Y., parent company of Trans Tech.

What's new? The printer, which is based on an earlier model.

Benefits Improved reliability and safety, compared to the SealCup Express' predecessor model. Compared with other Trans Tech technologies, the printer can generate time savings of over 85 percent and cost savings of up to 25 percent, thanks to its simplification of its pad and ink changes.  With its extended memory, it can archive all process parameters, and its motor's safe torque-off system stops faster in an emergency. It boasts user-friendly setup and operation, and its industrial construction gives it up to 50 percent greater durability than competing systems.
