Vision system can inspect traces, coatings

Smash Control ISRA Vision's visual inspection system can detect traces on the surface of a film left by manufacturing processes, and measure how uniformly coatings such as glue and silicone coatings have been applied. This helps ensure functionality of adhesive and packaging films. It is especially important for optical films like those used in modern display devices.

What's new? Ability to use optical properties, such as gloss and haze, to inspect film with existing hardware.
